When booking an appointment with the studio, please keep in mind, you are purchasing a specific block of the photographer's time. Sessions are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your payment has been received, this date and time will be unavailable to all other potential clients. Please give 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you are able to give the required notice, we will apply your session fee to your rescheduled appointment; otherwise, an additional session fee will be required before rescheduling. These charges are non-refundable and will be listed on your account as credit toward your order.

Special note regarding mini sessions: Up to 5 people unless otherwise noted, children must be able to sit unassisted or be held by an adult; no newborns, please. Due to time constraints, outfit changes are not possible. No animals, please. If you have a larger group, a newborn, would like multiple looks, or would like to include your pet, please inquire with me about booking a full session! Thank you!!

You may notice that same-day appointments are not available. Why? I may be out of the studio, or I may just be really busy and unable to check the schedule for new appts during the day. So, just to make sure I don't miss any appointments, I prep everything the day (or night) before. Thanks for understanding!

Creek Family Mini Plus

We'll capture images in the creek and on the boulders in the creek, as well as some images in the grassy areas. Prepare to be barefoot or wear some neutral-colored flip-flops in the water so they aren't noticeable. Ankle-length dresses and skirts (or shorter), Shorts or rolled-up pants are recommended. And as always, keep in mind we are outdoors and must consider outdoor pests. Insect repellant is encouraged.
Payment options: Pay in full or $100 deposit with balance billed on the day of your session.

Up to 3 hours - Scheduled mornings when newborns sleep the most sound! Newborns are typically photographed at less than 2 weeks old, or as close to that as possible. Your newborn will enjoy a three-hour session block so you never have to worry if your little bundle is cranky. This newborn session includes 4 setups and usually produces 15-20 images for you to choose from. Your entire deposit goes toward your order.

1½ hours - Scheduled mornings when newborns sleep the most sound! Newborns are typically photographed at less than 2 weeks old, or as close to that as possible. This newborn mini includes 2 setups (1 may be a prop shot) and usually produces 5-10 images for you to choose from. Your entire deposit goes toward your order. This mini is a great option for those wanting great professional newborn photos without a hefty initial investment!

Fun fact: I pioneered the cake smash portraits in the triad area about a decade ago (way before pinterest even existed!) and people thought I was crazy - but the craze caught on!! Because kids and messes are too too cute and way too much fun!

During peak seasons, existing sets will be broken down and removed prior to your session, and rebuilt after. These sessions are 45 minutes for the session, with an hour to view and place your order immediately following the session for in-studio sessions. For outdoor sessions, please schedule an appointment to place your order a minimum of two business days following your session. Orders may be placed in-studio or remotely via screen share. Your entire retainer is credited to your order.

Custom Outdoor Session

$100 to reserve your session, balance billed day of session.
These sessions are scheduled at an outdoor location 90 minutes before sunset and are 45 minutes for the session, with a little extra time built in to scout locations. Your entire deposit is credited toward your order.
Must choose 4pm time slot - actual time will be 60-90 minutes before sunset on your date. Please schedule a phone or video consultation no less than 1 week before your session to finalize details.
